How to change the font size of the displayed text. 

-Apple computers:  press the Apple key and the Plus or Minus key.

-PC computers: are slightly differences to make adjustments.
  PC computers have something called "Magnifer" which is a small box that allows you to adjust the       magnification amount.  100% is probably too much.  50% is better.

 Hold down the CTRL key along with the (+) or (-) key near your number pad, a drop down window will apear displaying  % of display.  Usually on a Laptop or smaller screan 50% is better.
